The Future Trappers of Wisconsin (FTW) Basic Trapping Camp is specifically oriented for youth ages 10-17 to become fully trapper education certified, which then allows them to buy and use a trapping license in Wisconsin. This camp is focused on helping youth to gain lots of hands-on experience in all aspects of trapping, increase self-confidence and knowledge, make valuable connections with peers and mentors, and participate in other fun outdoor activities.

Spots have been filled before the June 1st deadline in previous years, so if you are interested, reach out early! At this point, a waitlist will be kept and will be drawn from if spots become open. Otherwise, applicants on the current year’s waitlist will receive priority registration for the next summer’s camp.
